CaptT is a fix detector of global solar irradiation patented by Alitec Srl.

It is also capable of performing real-time measurements of direct and diffuse solar radiation and of providing information about the sun position with no need of sun tracking systems.

  • Direct Normal Irradiance (DNI): 50 W/m2 rms
  • Diffuse Irradiance: 35 W/m2 rms
  • Zenith Angle: 2° rms and maximum deviation ± 4°.
  • Azimuth Angle: 4° rms and maximum deviation ± 10°.
Outputs

  • RS485 - Modbus RTU (with Sun Spec Alliance specifications)
  • Digital output through serial port (TTL serial)
