Alitec at Shangai's Expo

From May 1 to October 31 2010, the Shanghai World Exposition 2010 was attended by some Italian companies that stand out for innovation and technological excellence inspired by the recurring theme "Better City, Better Life ". These companies were selected by the Public Administration Minister Renato Brunetta in collaboration with the General Commissioner for the Expo Quintieri.

Our systems STAR (the control system for handling, management and diagnostics of concentrated solar panels) and Nano (the portable detector for ultrafine particles and pollutants gases) were selected for the initiative.

The evaluation was conducted by a Technical Committee appointed by the Minister Brunetta and the General Commissioner for Shanghai Expo Quintieri, comprising Dr. Emil Abirascid, Eng. Angelo Airaghi, Eng. Piero Gauna, Dr. Riccardo Luna, Professor Renato Ugo and Dr. Mario Zanone Poma.
