The code sets forth the commitments and ethical responsibilities in the conduct of business and activities undertaken by ALITEC and by all the collaborators with whom ALITEC interacts every day, be they directors, employees, contractors, consultants or suppliers. ALITEC's mission is to offer innovative ideas, create original solutions, with top level scientific and technological contents and competitive from an economic point of view, to achieve customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of people working on it. The achievement of the objectives is pursued with loyalty, honesty, competence and transparency, in compliance with laws and regulations in force. Human ResourcesEmployees represent the value of ALITEC and they are therefore an indispensable factor for company success: for this reason ALITEC protects and promotes the value of human resources in order to improve and enhance the heritage and the competitiveness of the skills possessed by each employee and collaborator. ALITEC provides staff training tools (eg English language course, technical and scientific education) with the aim of enhancing specific skills and preserve the professional value of its staff. ALITEC rejects all forms of exploitation and ensures the physical and moral integrity of its employees and partners, equal opportunities for every human being, working conditions that respect the dignity of the individual and the workplace safe and healthy. The staff are employed under a regular employment contract; it doesn't tolerate any form of illegal labor. Staff privacy is protected and it is excluded any investigation of beliefs, preferences, personal tastes and, in general, the privacy of employees or associates. Quality and reputationALITEC primary objective is the satisfaction and the protection of its customers, giving appropriate weight to demands, which may lead to an improvement in the quality of products and services. A good reputation is an essential intangible resource. The good reputation outside ensures customers loyalty, attracts the best human resources, the serenity of suppliers, the reliability towards its creditors. For this reason, ALITEC directs its research, development and commercialization focusing on creating products and services with high standards of quality. ContractsThe contracts and work assignments should be carried out as set out consciously by the parties. ALITEC undertakes not to exploit conditions of ignorance or incapacity of their counterparts. Environmental protectionThe environment is a prime asset that ALITEC commits to defend. To this end, it plans its activities, seeking a balance between economic initiatives and vital environmental needs considering the rights of future generations. ALITEC strives to create products with low environmental impact and to prevent risks to populations and to the environment, not only in compliance with applicable law, but taking into account the development of scientific research and the best experiences on the subject. Compliance with LawsALITEC is fully recognized in the values of the Italian Constitution and in particular, it repudiates war as an instrument of aggression against the freedom of other peoples and as a means of settling international disputes (Article 11). ALITEC considers a fundamental principle the respect for laws and regulations in all countries where it operates. ALITEC will not commence or continue any relationship with those who do not intend to stay in line with this principle. |
